Returns:
We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@digirake.com or +91 90803 77189. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization code (RAC) if applicable.

When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking information. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

If your refund is rejected, we will provide you with a detailed explanation via email.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for the return of the item and provide you with a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These may include but are not limited to Dhoop Stick. Please ensure that you carefully review the product description before making a purchase.
